To buy wine online, all you need to do is visit Tricerchi Shop, access our wine selections and choose the ones you are most interested in. When you have chosen the wines you like, in the shopping cart phase, we will ask you to make a simple registration. You will need to enter your email address. Then finish your purchases by deciding your payment method.

SHIPMENTS

On average, deliveries are made by express courier in 3/4 working days, this also depends on the country where you are located and the shipping procedures. But it is likely that at certain times of the year, such as during the holidays, the time can be extended.

Our packages are specially designed for the safe transport of wines, at controlled temperature in special packages insured by the shipping company.

Shipping is free in Italy for a minimum of 6 bottles abroad for a minimum of 12 bottles.
The foreign shipment for a lower number of 12 bottles has a price that varies depending on the shipping address and country.

As soon as the purchased goods have been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping code with which you will be able to check where the package is located and know when it will be delivered. In any case, you can contact us for any need at info@castellotricerchi.com

Should you receive the package visibly damaged, despite the qualified express courier and the packaging designed and tested to withstand violent shocks, or even breakage of some or all of the bottles contained, please reject the package and we will bear the cost of returning the package and restoring the delivery.
In the event that you notice the damage only after collecting and accepting the delivery, you must send us a photo of the damaged package for verification and damage assessment. Once this is done, we will refund the amount paid by bank transfer or you can send the damaged package back to us and we will re-ship it to you. The transport costs, both for the return of the damaged package and for the shipment of the replacement package, will be totally charged to Castello Tricerchi shiop.

First you can check the status of the shipment using the shipping code we sent you by email when the package was picked up by the courier. Castello Tricerchi uses the services of Mail Boxes etc. for the shipment of its products.
